Artist’s Statement
Fires, floods, the pandemic and the Ukraine emphasize the fragility of planet Earth and raise questions about the future. A survey of The Age newspaper provided a swarm of words that reflect these concerns. As a child walking into the future, the road ahead looks very difficult to negotiate.
