A complex nexus of experiences have shaped and continue to underpin my writing. However, working with clay and the opportunity to develop drawing skills have brought about new insights in the creative process and the role of research within it. While questions about the roles of women and their places in our and other societies continue to be the focus of my creative practice, the sustainability of our environment is now equally important.
